Easy instructions and very pretty matted and framed

I love the size of the pictures. I thought they were smaller but they are good size. The colors are vibrant. I just started working on them and so far it's very easy to follow the directions. Don't hesitate to try this one!

I am a beginner, so I thought this looked like a relatively easy project. It was pretty easy, but I didn’t realize how much back stitching there was. Basically everything gets back stitched, and it was kind of hard on my old eyes to do black back stitching around the black cat and the black insides of the flowers. But I got it done! There was plenty of the DMC floss included, so I had no problems with that. I wasn’t sure what to do with it after I finished, but a couple of friends suggested making it into a pillow.

Value for the price

This is actually a great little kit, especially for the price. The Aida has seems so it doesn’t fray while working, and the threads are of a nice quality; I haven’t had problems with them knotting yet. The chart is detailed and easy to read.One thing to note: I bought the one with the paper chart, but the bag is printed with instructions for the one with the pattern printed on the Aida, so if this is your first cross stitch project, be sure to do a little research on how to read a chart, and be sure to buy a hoop because this project doesn’t come with one.

The patterns for the 4 seasons are great. I loved the way the threads are organized. However, the cross stitch fabric is terrible. The holes are not all the same size and not not aligned in straight lines. After working on one for a couple of hours, I became so frustrated because the stitches were not lined up evenly and the tread was getting damaged from pulling it through the poor fabric. I went to my local craft store and purchased new cross stitch material to replace it and started the piece over again, I also had to purchase a scan of the color I had been using. The needle is also very small, hard to thread and was hard to push through the fabric.

I am so happy with these. All beautifully packaged, great quality, clear instructions. Highly recommend

Beautiful seasonal designs! I have started with "winter", the colours are gorgeous and I am so very pleased with the progress I am making.

Love the seasons. Hope to complete and frame. Colours are very good. Every thing supplied only need a pair of scissors.
