Anything is better than the cardboard box plastic wrap comes in. This is superb. I bought 2. One for plastic, which comes with the dispenser. And one for my aluminum wrap. You do have to trim about a 1/4” of the aluminum cardboard roll off for it to fit. That took 30 seconds and worth it. They have heavy duty magnets so they stay conveniently out of the way. Or just place them in a drawer. I’m ordering a 3rd for our parchment paper. Showing my age with the excitement of something so simple but so great.Update: for the parchment paper 12” only.Works great for that too. You do have to add the end pieces and turn counter clockwise to open the roll enough to work. This took about 90 seconds. Still worth it.

The cutting/sliding mechanism of the saran wrap holder works great! The magnetic strip on it's back did not stay adhered to unit when stuck to refrigerator; came off after several hours, with holder dropping onto kitchen floor. I'm sure it could be reglued onto unit but it fits fine in my kitchen drawer or stays on countertop.

This magnet dispensor works perfectly for me. Its powerful magnets hold it firmly to my fridge as I pull out the desired amount of plastic wrap. It works with any brand of wrap. The three rolls that come with it are strong and of high quality. Operated with a plastic pull tab, there are no sharp edges, making it safe for me and my granddaughter to use.

I purchased one of these it worked perfectly as advertised for the plastic wrap. It holds securely on the side of the refrigerator. It cuts cleanly. I was so happy with it that I ordered a second one for wax paper. It is about a half inch too short for a standard roll. That unit will be returned.

Update April 4th, 2025Do not purchase!!!This item was purchase awhile back and it worked well. It never fell and whole the Saran wrap was thin, it was fine.I wanted to put my aluminum foil in this one but the magnet slip on the back does not stick to the actual product and it keeps falling off the fridge!! I kept putting it back only to find out it keeps falling. I'm very disappointed and not sure if they changed the process but it sucks now.Do not purchase!!!================I like this a lot. I have other things in my counter and I'm so glad I was able to add this to the fridge, keeping my space more free. The plastic wrap seems thicker than other wraps I have used so I'm not sure if I really like that. It feels like good quality but I feel it doesn't stick as well with each other when in use. Maybe thinner is better in plastic wrap.I will keep it and when the wrap runs out, I'll put another brand in and see how that works.

This unit is very effective in keeping stretch wrap ready for use. The magnetic side attaches to the refrigerator and there is no fussing trying to get the wrap out as typical with the usual box. the only problem can be getting the unit open to replace the roll of wrap. The end release works fine, but I found that you have to use a knife to start the lid open. Other than that this is a very handy kitchen tool.

I like how easy it is to cut the plastic wrap and that it is magnetic to hang in a convenient place. But the magnet could be a bit stronger as it does fall off sometimes.
