This is the first time I've been able to sleep going from SFO to Amsterdam on the airplane steerage class. INFLATE BY BLOWING WITH YOUR MOUTH ABOUT 2 INCHES AWAY FROM THE OPENING - takes only about a breath or 2, seal the ziplock & roll over the cuff a couple of times & snap. There's also a snap/strap that could be used in a car headrest seat to hold it in place but doesn't work on airplane (no small post to put it around). I used this as a huggable pillow (slept soundly for a good part of the trip while my husband struggled with his inflatable collar - he used the eggplant for the 2nd leg of the journey & got some sleep; we shared it together on the way home). I varied the amount of inflation to find my sweet spot & also used it as a back cushion, arm rest, etc. when I wasn't sleeping. Another plus is that it can be used with the gap at the window seat without falling through. I brought a regular pillowcase with me & will probably sew one to fit for the next trip - mostly to keep it clean. Husband left his inflatable collar with a friend as we ordered a couple of more of these pillows for our next trips.

I have tried using this on a plane and in the car, and my kids have tried it as well and no one likes it. It is too large and the biggest issue is the material is so slippery that it is hard to grip it and keep it in place. I've tried every position I can think of and can't find a position that is comfortable, and even if I did it wouldn't stay in place for more than 10 seconds. I've given up on this item and will never use it.

My favorite travel pillow for airplanes. I usually take a window seat and this fits right up next to the side of the plane to provide a buffer between myself and the hard plane. Also great just to hold on to when sitting up right. Blows up quickly and deflates to almost nothing. For the price point and size alone, it was a very good option. I plan on buying another.

The air doesn’t remain in the pillow! So it’s a constant struggle to use it efficiently! Seriously considering returning them as soon as I get back from vac!

Took me a few tries to figure it out, But, I went back and read the reviews and was able to blow it up and clamp it down. My trip is upcoming, so haven't really tested it yet.

It's okay for the price. I had a question regarding the closure as it just wasnt holding the air once pressure was put on it but they never responded to my email. The little ziploc type closure in the neck is a bit hard to get in there and make sure you get a good seal but once you do it seems to work fine- it still loses air over time but good enough for price. Customer service from seller is non-existent.

Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. Seems to be a very handy way to have pillow anywhere you need one.
