Okay for travel, not for use every day
folds and fits in a back pack; a bit tricky to make the computer level, wrists hit the two front prongs when typing

LOVE IT. It will only fold up on itself if you move it as if it isn't a folding stand... I move the stand (while the laptop is on it) all over my desk and have had zero issues. I'm very happy. The stand is exactly what I needed.

It is minimal but serves my purpose of supporting my notebook computer well.

Tabletop Use ONLY. It won't work resting on your chest/stomach while lying in a bed or couch.
The problem is that the uprights are not fixed in place, so they move apart on the bottom. They are marketed as "minimal," and they are right. Too bad, since simply having a way to lock them in place would have been a minimal answer. Oh well, I don't need it to be portable, so a little cardboard and packing tape, and it does what I want now.
