The gel feels a bit odd at first, but after a few minutes of wearing, was happy to have the cushion in the heel of my shoe.

It gave me an allergic reaction. The top of my feet is now painfully itchy and red.

Great for walking in the house
couldn't believe how well they worked. My very cracked heels had a noticeable difference after just two wears. It use to hurt even walking on the cracks.My only con is that they slip down with socks or shoes. Great for walking in the house.
