Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht und die Anleitung war leicht zu verstehen. Alles dabei was man braucht. Ergebnis einfach wunderschön. Ich liebe es.

This kit is much better than I imagined it would be. It is expensive but from experience of other modelling kits it is worth the price. The parts are laser printed on thin sheets of plywood, clearly labelled and you simply pop the pieces out and fit them together in the order given by the comprehensive and clearly printed instruction booklet. I say simply - it requires care, nimble fingers, a lot of patience and time, this is not a kit to finish in a couple of days. I would recommend a pair of tweezers and possibly a modelling knife to assist in assembly. Little gluing is required - glue is provided and use is indicated in the instructions. You do need to take care in popping the pieces out, some are quite small and fragile and I had one or two where the plywood was flawed. I had to glue the pieces together. You also have to take care in the amount of force used to interlock the pieces. They fit together closely but cleanly. The wood is finished in different stains so no painting is required and colour printed parts add to the detail.A small sheet of sand paper is provided to sand down any rough edges but I rarely used this. The battery powered lighting is an added bonus both in terms of making the model and the finished product.I am very tempted to get one of the other kits in the series. This would make a lovely gift for a serious model maker - it suggests age 14+ and I would certainly agree with this as a minimum age - and perfectly suitable for adults as an unusual gift. I will be adding one to my Christmas list!

Haha It does take me 6 hours to finish !!! Just as suggested in the instruction manual...I am very impressed with all the details It has . The windows , balcony, broom, birds .... Everything... I was already drawn to it when I made the half of the wall. This gothic style magic world doll house is full of surprises. I did expect it be so detailed . The wire-in part was not so hard ... Even me with zero experience managed to make it work. The laser cut model is very precise, easy to take down and assemble. I didn't break any. Some parts even have some spare ones. I think the whole design is very fun. You can hide your cables , batteries and even switch. Zero experience , the guidelines are so clear and easy to follow! I definitely had wonderful six hours . Pricewise, I think it is pretty reasonable for people who like assemble things ! A lot of fun!!! Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this as a huge bookworm it's like a world inside your shelf and looks great but doesn't come ready built. You have to build it yourself. Parts can be very fiddly and I was scared I'd break it so took me a few days to build but the end result is amazing. A perfect gift for the bookworm in your life. So much detail.
