Rio Grande Games Dominion: Prosperity 2nd Edition Update Pack - 9 Cards (RIO625)

Clerk is hands-down my favorite of the new cards, since it's played at the start of your turn (without taking up one of your actions). Definitely recommended for anyone who bought Prosperity before the 2nd edition came out.

They did a great job of replacing the broken cards in the first edition. Tiara is a great card and worthy successor of royal seal.

Out of all of the 2nd edition upgrade packs for Dominion, this one is the best. Most of the new cards are Treasure cards, but they’re really unique treasures that add way more variety to your Buy phases. I ended up adding most of these cards to my own custom decks without even realizing they all came from the same upgrade pack, so in hindsight I’m really glad I bought this.A few highlights: War Chest is great for engaging your friends more. Charlatan makes curses more interesting. Magnate feels great when you pull it off well. Collection and Investment can earn you a ton of victory tokens. Anvil is a great early card to help build your deck, and it doesn’t even use up an action. Tiara can have some overpowered results depending on what you duplicate. Clerk and Crystal Ball are both neat, but I haven’t used them much. Still, almost all of these cards are absolute hits, which is way better than the other 2E packs.

The new treasures are an awesome addition to one of the most fun dominion expansions ever! But they seemed to have cheaper out just a little on card material. I use plastics on mine and they feel fine once in plastic.
