Super plain, but still great
These are great bread crumbs (panko). My kiddos are dairy free and love to eat chicken cutlets. It is hard to find a breadcrumb/panko brand that is dairy free. This one is the best we have found. They are super plain on their own but easy enough to just add whatever spices we would like. It comes in the perfect size for a meal.

Great crunch and neutral flavor.
Panko is amazing stuff. It has a great texture for frying, baking, sautéing, or air frying. What it doesn't have is flavor. You need to add appropriate dried herbs and spices to achieve a tasty result. Particularly with nicely textured but bland white fish like cod and tilapia. That being said, Panko achieves that crunch that approximates deep fat fried foods, without all of the fat. Having used Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs for decades, with great results, I now often use 50/50 Progresso to Panko to really step up the flavor.

Gives a nice crunch to oven “fried” foods!
We use these when we oven fry any meat. It gives a nice texture to the food. I’ve used it on pork, chicken and different kinds of fish.
