In the Goldilocks zone where you want it.
Professional quality and I'm a professional baker. In the Goldilocks zone: stiff yet flexible. You don't want them too stiff because they will not conform to the bowl's shape as you use them to scrape/scoop the product out. You do not want them too weak and flabby as they will not be stiff enough to hold the weight of the products you scape out. They will weaken over time and with much use but this will take a very long time. Enjoy.

Its a Bowl Scraper!
I don't know what I ever did without this! Ok, that is a bit of an exaggeration, but it comes in handy...I use it while bread baking, great for scraping the little bits of dough stuck to the edge of the bowl...or to help get a sticky dough out of the bowl. Also great when making things like banana bread...can use it fill the bread pans quickly and easy. Also great for scraping of the counter for those little things that got stuck and you can't wipe them off (yes, I've used the edge of a credit card when I had to) Also great for scraping off cutting boards, glass topped stoves, larger stoneware pieces...

Very handy for multiple uses
I bought these for scraping the bowl when I make bread, but I find myself using them for other purposes as well. They work great for bread dough, both to scrape it out of the mixing bowl cleanly and to lift it off the counter. I also use it to cut the dough when making multiple loaves. I use them to scoop meats and vegetables off the cutting board which is much safer than using the knife. I'm glad I have multiples because I use them so much! I would definitely buy these again.

Great for bread making!
I’ve recently begun making sourdough bread, and this plastic bowl scraper comes in very handy! The sourdough recipe I like to make produces a very wet sticky dough which can be difficult it work with (folding and shaping). This scraper makes folding the dough in the bowl so much easier! And shaping the dough on the counter is so much less messy with this tool! I know a lot of sourdough bread bakers like to mix their dough by hand, but this plastic scraper means I can keep my hands out of the sticky dough and still get good results!

Favorite little multi-tasker in the kitchen
This is hands down, my favorite tool in the kitchen. I use this scrape to move cut veggies to pans, scrape bowls, smooth frosting on cakes, cut dough, and to scrape down my counters to get crumbs and grime up. I own three now, one for veggies, one for desserts, and one for cleaning the counters. It’s not super flexible, but that’s why it’s such a multi-tasked. I bought this initially because of some silly Buzzfeed list, but it’s an amazing little helper in the kitchen. Throw one in on your next order, you won’t be upset.P.S., I wasn’t paid to write this, I just really love this little scraper.

The Real Deal Ateco Scrapper
I have been baking wonderful bread for several months. I had every tool possibly needed with the exception a a bowl scrapper. Mixer, banatton, liner, couche, bane and and yet I couldn't find a simple bowl scraper I liked. I wanted the Ateco bowl scrapper cause of its reputation but was afraid of getting a cheap (made in China) knock off. I've read other reviews stating the scraper they bought from other sellers was not the same as the scraper that was described on the sight. My order was filled and shipped by Amazon and I couldn't be happier. The bowl scraper was the real deal and to me was well worth the price and shipping costs. The scraper is the perfect size to get heavy dough out of any bowl. Its has a flexible yet stiff construction that gets the job done very nicely.

I really liked this for my somewhat wet bread dough
I really liked this for my somewhat wet bread dough, on my dough mat---I also like that I will be able to cut my dough with it if need be. Yes it is rigid with a bit of flex. A good amount of flex the long way a lot less the short way. It is shaped just like the pic. and is beveled on the rounded edge. It is 5 1/4 x 3 9/16 inches and just a bit under 1/8 inch thick. I haven't tried it for a bowl scraper I have a real nice silicone one for that. Yes I think you could bend it in half or maybe it would snap BUT I think you would have to work at it and I don't see any reason to push it that far. For normal use I feel it is going to hold up well. It is proving to be a good tool, to use for my bread and it was just what I was looking for!

Wrong design for bread. Get the Green and white set.
This scraper is absolutely identical to all the scrapers I found here that are shaped like this one. Even to the point that they are sharp on the curved side BUT flat (no edge) on the flat side. For that reason, for bread dough, it's useless. I got the "Dough & Bowl Scrapers, Set Of 4" with 2 green and two white and that's the set you want. I use only the green extra curvy one with edges all the way around.

Cuts AND scrapes the dough in the bowl AND the counter
Great size, scrapes the bowl and cuts the dough. Has a hook for storage taking up less space than a metal scraper. While I wish this came as a single scraper, I decided I knew enough bakers to share the pack with. I bought them because of a previous reviewer mentioning the size is comparable to King Arthur. It’s a great size for my kitchen aid 7qt mixer bowl and fits great in my hand. The plastic is a great thickness for bending as well. Cuts brownies and such in nonstick pans as well.

This is the same size as the one sold on King Arthur's Flour but cheaper for us Canadians.
It is thinner than I expected. I saw it used by Jeffrey Hamelman and wanted to try his method of mixing bread as he does but this is smaller and thinner than his. But to be fair there isn't a larger one on Amazon. The one sold on King Arthur's Flour that is supposed to be the one Jeffrey uses is the same size as this one but in his hands looks noticeably bigger. So I do not fault this SELLER one bit. They are of good quality and were delivered sooner than the predicted date. Awesome service. I recommend this item and SELLER.

Can't fully rate
These seem OK, but, I've only been using another scraper I bought at the same time. These are harder and don't have the good curves that I like with my other one. I'm not saying they're bad, just that I haven't used them.

better than the metal ones
It's better than a metal one if you ask me: you can use for more things and on more materials without risking damaging the surface. The price is a bit high for a single one, but at the time of purchase there was an option to buy two for only a dollar more.
