All issues were resolved. Manufacturer offered to replace item free of cost or get a partial credit for the mistake by Amazon fulfillment. I took the credit option since apart from some scratches the robovac works great. Now that I have deployed the robovack for a week, i feel its a great bang for the buck. The suction power is great and it picks up tons of dirt and pet hair on daily basis. Once I install the app and integrate with Alexa i should have better control on where and how it cleans. Overall very satisfied with purchase and manufacturer is professional and so is their customer service.I plan to buy the water tank and mop cloth from their website for mopping function. Will uodate review in couple of weeks on how it performs.———————————The item was ordered new but seems I was sent a paste returned or refurbished item. It had scratches on charging dock and also the protective film on the robovac was missing. Put the robovac to test. Runs random going back to same places when the battery runs out and it starts again. Not installed the app yet so that may solve it. Battery runs out quicker on our 2nd floor which is fully carpeted. The dust bin fills out very quick on carpet so remember to empty is out regularly

The customer service # is busy for months on end. No one returns your emails. App keeps dropping once set up. Not worth your precious time or your money. This company does not care about product or customers. Blatant disregard. Buy from another manufacturer. Save your money. Not exaggerated at all. It is truly awful.Update.... Unfortunately, I am stuck with this BS product.If you want a vacuum Alexa compatible DON'T buy this one. Customer service is non existent REALLY. SO, SO FRUSTRATING. I hope I save many folks from purchasing and frustration. Buy something else.

This is my 3rd robot vacuum I’ve owned and this one is by far the best! It does not get stuck in random places and will find its docking station on its own! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. This vacuum definitely was worth every penny!

This vacuum has great suction, but can't navigate my house. It constantly gets stuck in a open doorway with no door. It also has issues finding its return dock. It fails to complete my house.

This device works fairly well, though there are a few caveats:It did fall down the stairs early on, so we have to block that off.It gets caught in spaces frequently, which requires arranging the roomIf anything is on the ground (or under the couch) it tangles and gets stuck in the spinning parts.Overall, good deal and does clean well, just requires some planning.

I’ve had my Tesvor since 2020 and still use it regularly and love it. It’s not the most quiet, it’s not the most powerful, but if you’re sitting in your office and can close the door, it’s great to have to keep your home clean with low maintenance. If I use it regularly (3-5 times a week) and just let it run, my house stays so clean. It’ll pick up loose particles pretty easily, not as great at getting deep into rugs but that’s okay. I use it mostly to keep my long haired cat’s hair at bay and it picks up that well as long as food crumbs, etc.

This thing is part of the family now - we even named it. We had an old vacuum that was not "smart" and you could not program anything - it just blindly went around the house. Being able to track everything and set everything up on the app is a game changer. You can set "no go" zones if there are sections you don't want it to clean. You can also control start times for the vacuum to start cleaning. It's pretty awesome. It does a really awesome job cleaning - the collection bin gets filled up with dust, pet hair, and whatever else made it onto the floor. Now we just need to buy a second one for the upstairs!

From day 1 I was unable to connect to the web app. I’ve tried at least 50 times to call customer support. It rings once and either drops the call or is busy. I don’t believe they even have anyone tending the line. You are forced to try to troubleshoot issues through email which is not helpful and definitely not time conducive as each time you send an ema it takes days to hear back and non of their emails are helpful. The vaccum seems to work ok with the manual remote but the app is a huge deal and tech support is a joke. I’m retuning this vacuum and getting a Eufy. I have one already for my lower level and customer support is amazing. Don’t waste your time or money on a company that doesn’t stand behind their product
