Spent a whole day out in my driveway in the middle of a snowstorm replacing both control arms then went to get car aligned and was pulled by Belle tire that both of the ball joints were bad and needed to replace them in order to get an alignment seems almost impossible to get a refund or get a hold of the company

Appears to be same quality as oem. Fits perfectly, works great. Easy to install. Our local retailer (O'Reilly Auto parts) quoted exact same parts at $762.45 ! Even the manager said I was smart to buy same parts at the price of $164 off Amazon. I had to wait two days for the parts to arrive and two hours to install, but well worth the wait when so much money was saved. No more clunking noises and vibrations with thes parts installed on a 2008 Chevy Malibu LS 4 door sedan. The lower control arms included the bushings as well as the lower ball joints. The lower ball joints are press fit into the lower cast aluminum arms and cannot be replaced seperately. Car handles like new again.
