Because Potassium is important for the heart, muscles, and nerves, I decided to add this to my use. Prolonged stress has plagued and night’s sleep is irregular. I first started with one / day, feeling my well-being. I added at least 4 / days throughout the day. Then I started noticing diarrhea in the mornings. I paused for a while and my stomach leveled off. In other words, it is worth listening to the body in this matter too, what amount is suitable for one may be too much for the other. The 99mg / tablet of this product is just excellent, because then everyone can use exactly what they need and there is no risk of overuse. Yes and yes, my nervousness has leveled off a lot, so I use it as needed. And one of the important considerations for health is maintaining electrolyte balance, which gives the body just the building materials it needs. The potassium gluconate form is also the most gentle form for the stomach, remembering the amount of use to suit oneself. Potassium also supports normal PH.

Taking these for an electrolyte disorder. Can't tell you if it's working cause it's too soon.Package came quickly and the type of seal the bottle uses is good. After you peel off the strip, the container is easy to open and close, which is a plus for my aching hands and fingers. The pills are large and not coated so it may be difficult for some to swallow. You're not supposed to break them apart. Be sure to drink PLENTY of water with these. It says to take it with a meal.Cons: Just one thing: the bottle I received has a product ID sticker placed over the dosage instruction area. ( see photo) I hope the quality control ppl notice this and move it to a different spot. The only way I was able to see the instructions was to go back online and look at the product screenshots.

Have been trusting this brand for years, and both the potassium citrate and potassium gluconate are great. No stomach problems, no issues at all. Since starting these a few years back, potassium levels on my blood work have been in the range they optimally should be in. I take them twice a day (you can take them up to 5x daily).

I do wish the pills were a little smaller; however, just finding a supplement that does not have a load of unnecessary ingredients is a major plus!

Good form of Potassium supplement.

These are fragile powdery pills with a square cross-section that makes them harder to swallow. Not ideal for pill cases. Not ideal for taking a lot of them -- and you need to take a lot of them since each pill is only 99mg (2% USRDA) as mandated by our lovely government.
