Best instrument for apartments, dorms, or private practice in general
This instrument is ideal for practice. It is sweet, soft, and non irritating. It requires less air, so it is great for learning, or if you are just developing breath control. The rest in back is comfortable and the holes are easy to manage. The joint is snug, but smooth to remove or adjust. Wish I had had one years ago.

Great little whistle
This is a beautiful little whistle. It has a clear sweet tone, super easy to blow, and made nicely. It comes with a thumb rest which is a help to hold the tiny instrument. The upper register is one of the nicest of all my whistles. It is not screechy and loud, but sweet and bird like. You have to be careful not to overblow or you will have problems getting a good tone, but that is a positive, not a negative about this whistle. It is soft, so if you are a performer maybe this is not the whistle for you. It is a fun instrument to sit at home and enjoy. It won't, for sure, disturb your neighbors like some of the whistles on the market.

Great Susato quality
This is a “quieter” whistle. Not as loud as normal, but very nice to play without driving your family crazy, or if you aren’t the best whistler in your group you can make your mistakes quietly. Great quality and easy to blow and play. I own and play about a dozen Susato whistles in various keys and I really like this one.

Shop around for price
This is a pretty good whistle as plastic whistles go, but for $104.88???. Be aware that you can do a Google search and find them for $49 at websites and forums that actually specialize in whistles. Susato whistles are manufactured in various keys and were developed by the Kelischek Workshop in Brasstown, N.C. They are mass produced, assembled at the K.Workshop, and shipped to dealers and customers. I've visited the Workshop a couple times and bought several of their whistles. Some models are quite loud. As whistles go, Susatos' intonation is about as precise as it gets. I think the Susato "Very Small Bore" models have a nicer tone that the Susato models with wider bores.
