They work good, but I was surprised to have the big square part stick out so far. When wearing them, I feel like I look like Herman Munster. It's really quite interesting how they look on you.

I would consider a different company. This item looks cool and sits well in the ear. But it does have a staticky sound to it. You can hear it when your listening to music. Kinda annoying.

 The sound quality of bluetooth is very good. I like it very much and I want to buy another one for my husband.

Amongst all of these wonderful reviews I feel like such a weirdo! My phone (iPhone 6sPlus) reads both buds but not at the same time. I have two Q5 appearing, and even though both are connected, sound only comes from one side.Also, one is speaking Chinese and the other side is in English. I saw a question on here about changing the language but when I tried that it alternates the langurs again between ear buds. The troubleshooting in the manual makes it sound like the phone has the error but the phone is showing it all as connected. I'm at a loss.
