This product is one of the best product selling on Amazon. When use in water according to the instructions. The water will never get Algae. I use the water for my dog for almost 2 weeks without having to change water all the time. I used a 3 gallon water feeder for my dog and this product is Awesome. And I bought my second purchase from Amazon and will buy more when I need it.

Keeps from slime build up

I have a 2.5 gallon water dispenser that kept getting slimy.These drops actually work great! No more slime!

I was the biggest skeptic, but thought I would give it a try. My cats love it! I think they drink more water now than they did before. It keeps it from getting slimy for 2 full weeks! I've never been able to go that long in between cleanings. It's been hectic with holiday things, and I forgot about the fountain. I went to get it to clean it after about 2 week or 3, even, and my cat happened to be drinking, right when I went to get it, so I know the water was still fine and clean. When I scrubbed the inside of the fountain, it barely had a tiny bit of a slimy feeling. Not like before! I will will buy this stuff forever! :)

These drops are excellent to keep the water fountain dish free from slime and very clean however beware that your pet may not like the taste in the water. It does not have a smell however my cat refused to drink any water since I have been putting in these drops. I decided to experiment and I took a taste of water from a glass after putting a very small small drop in. It tasted very salty and the water was very soft. Now I understand why my cat refused to drink. I had to get her a different water fountain as she correlated the awful taste with that fountain.

I'm disabled and not always able to get to, and clean my pets' drinking fountain like I want to. Sometimes, it's a week before I'm able to get it done. So we bought a very expensive, very large fountain with a double filtration system to keep the water clean and fresh. And it worked great. That being said, by the end of the week, we were still having a bit of gunk form around the edge of the bowl. I love my hairy little gremlins too much for that to be okay by me, so I looked up additives to help reduce that grossness. I feel like this works. I don't have any hard evidence to say that it does, but I feel like the fountain stays cleaner and fresher long when I use this. I'll continue to use this.

I have only used it for two fountain fills, so it’s hard to tell how good it really works, but I’m hopeful that it works well!

I have two dachshunds and two American Staffordshire Terrier/Bulldog mixes who share a large water dispenser. The dispenser use to get slimy quick I instantly noticed a difference with this product. I wish i found it sooner.
