I was surprised at how light this particular zester grater is compared to other Microplane graters we own. However, it was nice and easy to use, giving good results.

Compared to other zesters this feels really smooth and does a great job, far better than anything else. I could literally feel myself smiling the first time I used it. They're not the cheapest but I'm very glad I paid the extra to get a top quality product. It's done a great job zesting oranges, and also grating nutmeg and Parmesan. Works beautifully on all of them. The handle is very comfortable and easy to grip.

i saw several similar products cheaper online however i decided to stick to micoplane and im so glad i did, as the saying go's you get what you pay for which is true withh. this purchase, the build quality is noticable excellent good quality, also the balance feels just right. grating parmesan is a breeze and the blade doesnt clog easily like cheaper wannabe microplane items. i have no regrets

I have been using a grater for years and only bought this after seeing a YouTube chef using one. I have used it for grating parmesan cheese and zesting lemons, and it is much easier than my old grater.

Me gustó muchísimo, el material es muy bueno, rallo el queso de manera muy práctica; queda como copos y en el mismo plato queda lindo y se gratina con el calor del alimento, es muy fácil de lavar, me gustó mucho. Gracias por éste tipo de productos!
