I’m honestly obsessed with these little star patches! 🌟 They’re super cute AND they actually work. I put one on at night and by morning my pimple looks calmer, less red, and way flatter. They stay on really well and don’t irritate my sensitive skin either. These work really well and are gentle on skin. They help calm breakouts quickly, and I love that they don’t irritate or dry things out. Plus, the design is adorable — functional and fun. Repurchased multiple times for my teenage daughter

They stay on all day/night without any lifting. I noticed it did reduce my breakouts without it being irritating in conjunction with retinol use. It dries out the spot and not the skin around it. They are a great size and you get a lot for the money. The added bonus is they are cute compared to the regular clear round ones that are equally as obvious when you wear them. I plan to try the others from this brand that offer different benefits but it is really rare to find ones like these that offer salicylic acid, especially for the price.

The Starface Hydro-Star + Salicylic Acid patches are both adorable and effective! I love the fun star shape—it makes dealing with breakouts feel a little less annoying, and they're great for wearing overnight or even during the day. They definitely help reduce the size and redness of deeper pimples, and the salicylic acid gives it an extra boost. The compact is super convenient and keeps the patches clean and easy to grab. I’m giving it 4 stars only because they don’t always stick as well if your skin isn’t totally dry, and they’re a bit pricey for how many you get. Still, I’ll keep buying them!

I’ve been using Starface pimple patches for a while and STAND by them! Absolutely adore them and they really work. But I finally caved to buy the case for them and I’m kind of upset I didn’t get it sooner! So convenient and not to mention insanely cute especially with the mirror to use on the go. I didn’t realize that you could refill it with all of the Starface packs until after I ordered it which is beyond fantastic! Absolutely love it.

I bought these for my middle school daughter who is just starting to deal with acne. While the patches themselves work great, the real winner here is the carrying case! It is compact and made of a hard, durable material, so I don't have to worry about the patches getting squished or ruined at the bottom of her backpack. It's the perfect size for her purse or school bag, and it keeps everything organized and protected. Highly recommend for any student on the go!

First of all, these are my favorite pimple patches. I’ve tried a few brands and I’ve even tried a few different types of Starface patches and these by far work the best for my skin. I ALSO used to buy the packs in the paper box and recently decided to switch to the compact and I am MAD that I waited this long. First of all, the compact is CUTE. It has a really satisfying weight to it too. I love that it holds shut and has a little mirror in it. So much better than throwing a sheet of the stars in my bag. This keeps them safe. These small 4 star sheets are also easier to work with than the larger sheets that come in the paper pack. So happy I have this and it is worth it IMO.

I usually use the Peach Slices hydrocolloid patches, and honestly, these stars do not work as well as the Peach Slices do. I wanted something that came with a travel case + mirror, though, so I figured that I would try these out. They're cute, and they work well for protecting blemishes so they don't get worse, but I find that these suck out less "gunk" than the Peach Slices do. Additionally, peeling these off of the backing can be annoying since the star spokes sometimes fold underneath themselves... and then it's stuck to itself and pretty much unusable unless you cut that spoke off or something. Three stars from me for working just okay, the amount that you get (kind of a lot stars packed in there honestly), and the cuteness factor of the compact. But if you're looking for something that actually works well, maybe stick to the Mighty Patch or PeachSlices... or at least wait until these are on sale.

I bought these for myself, but after one look, my daughter wanted her own pack too — and I don’t blame her. The star shape makes them feel fun and a little less clinical, especially for younger skin. They’re easy to use, gentle, and actually help calm down breakouts. We’ve both noticed spots look smaller and less red by morning, and they’re great for keeping your hands off your face. The packaging is lovely, and it’s nice knowing they’re vegan and cruelty-free too. It’s rare to find skincare that feels good to use and works well for different ages. ✅ Pros: Effective at flattening and calming blemishes Cute design makes them approachable for tweens/teens Vegan, cruelty-free, and gentle on skin Encourages good skincare habits ❌ Cons: You’ll run out quickly if more than one person is using them Slightly more expensive than basic patches — but worth it for the quality

The box is magnetic , there’s a mirror inside. The patch is cute and good size, sticks to the skin. I will try it for a while then leave a comment on the results.
