Great for record keeping and accountability
I love this book. I am in recovery from an eating disorder and this is perfect to keep track of my intake for my nutritionist.

Great food diary
Bought this for my husband. He just got diagnosed with GERD (acid reflux) and needed something to keep track of what he's eating and to see if anything sparks his reflux. He is loving it. I really likes having an area to write how he's feeling and he really likes that he can keep track of his water intake. I would highly recommend this book.

Great food journal! Def recommend
I love this journal! Started tracking food intake for the new year and this has been a great way to keep myaelf accountable and tonmake sure I am drinking enough water. I love that yiu can also write your exercise, cravings, responses, and over how you feel. There is a section everyday at the end where you can write how to make tomorrow better, and I think that is a great way to keep me thinking ahead and making improvments. Will definitely buy more for the year! :)

Perfect, no-stress food journal!
I was looking for a journal to use upon completion of my Whole30 Day by Day Journal. This is perfect! I love the space for open reflections and goals. Quick, easy way to recap my day each night. It's a little larger than I had hoped and the line spacing is quite big, but in love with the concept.

Perfect for my needs, affordable
This journal is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a journal with lots of free room to write down my own thoughts and feelings about food and eating, with less focus on numbers such as calories, macros, etc. This book doesn't even have a line for your daily weight, which is fine by me! If I want to crunch the numbers, an app works for that. But an app isn't the best place to jot down your insights about cravings or how to improve the following day. I had another food journal with tiny brackets for everything and it got frustrating to work with, but I actually look forward to filling this one each day. Plus the book is super affordable! I paid about $5 for it - a bargain!

Great! Ordering a 2nd one.
I personally love it. It's simple and to the point. I love coloring in the blank cups every time I drink a glass of water. Lol helps me make sure I'm drinking enough. I like that it has a place to write your cravings& how you reacted to them as well as a place to write how you feel and how you think you can do better the next day. I'm buying a 2nd one only 3 days in so I'll have another one as this one will only have enough for about 2 to 2 and a half months or so.

Just came in the mail today and I love it! The daily entries are spread across two pages and there's lots of space. I hate food journals that are too small and cramped, and you have to squeeze your words in. I love that it's not too thick and the price is affordable. I bought two.
