100% Satisfaction
We needed a generator for our off grid camper, after watching many YouTube channels reviewing this product it appeared to be an absolutely perfect solution for our needs. After receiving the well packaged product it was so easy to get up and running, after filling the oil and putting the petroleum in, one very easy pull on the starter cord and it ran smoothly immediately. Once started we couldn’t believe how quiet it ran, especially on ECO mode. I would recommend purchasing the required oil with the generator and only filling small amounts of the 450ml required, this was great advice I picked up from watching the reviews. We are 100% satisfied with this product and the quality is outstanding, I don’t believe you will find a better generator anywhere for the money, we purchased this on sale at £435, awesome.

Powerful and quieter than expected
The media could not be loaded. We live in a remote rural location and sometimes get power cuts which is annoying as we work from home. Also I do a lot of drone work and recharging ten batteries in the field needs a lot of watts. I considered a battery power unit but they’re expensive and don’t last as long as this generator. So I went with petrol.Today we had no power and I ran this for an hour to charge our laptops up. Worked great and while’s it’s def not silent it’s less noisy than I feared. All in all a great purchase.

Quiet, easy to maintain
I got an allotment recently - I wanted to dig out some posts but the ground was very hard, lots of stones, couldn't do it with a spade - so used the chisel function on a SDS dill (1500w) - that was zero issues. I have a garden waste crusher too that can use 2500w - which is why I went for this bigger unit (3500w).Always get a generator bigger than the wattage of the items you are going to use on it, the values stated (on this model 3500w) wouldn't run a 3500w unit - or at least not for long time or efficiently. I have a garden waste crusher which uses 2500W, so this should easily cover that.As its pure sine-wave, it should accurately reflect the 50mhz of the grid. I am thinking that I could put an isolator switch on the mains and feed this into the solar inverter. This should mean I can have power from the batteries even if the grid is down. Its pretty heavy, but still portable - carrying it a 100 yards or so can be done, but its not the kind of thing you would want to carry for half a mile !Its not annoyingly loud either - especially when you have it running as an inverter - so low powered when not under any/limited load - like phone chargers etc. I'm pleased I bought it. Especially as I just found out we are having a day of a powercut for local infrastructure works. We have medicines in the fridge - this will power the fridge during that event and other things like phones etc

Excellent product with one slight flaw
This is really good generator and with th digital outputs it is real useful. The fact it is duel fuel is truly useful. It takes a full gallon of fuel which of course adds to its weight but if you are using the gas supply and it runs out this facility allows you to keep running the generator while you swap out the gas bottle. The one thing I would like to have is a place to store the various tools and cables and pipes when they are not in use with perhaps a hinged side panel and a replacement spark plug included. The weight of the gas bottle may put some people of using it and the connector for the gas bottle require a spanner to connect it where by if they could have a connector like you use for the BBQ it would be better and if there could be a trolly for the gas bottle to be pulled along behind it it might be better.

A great generator though could do with a couple of improvements to be perfect.
I purchased this generator to run our motorhome whenever mains hook up is not available. In the past I have just hired one, but they tend to be noisy, large and at around £70 a week, a pretty expensive option in the long run. I knew I needed around 3KW to use the travel kettle while the emersion heater was on, and I wanted something compact, quiet and not too heavy. Having read many reviews and watched a number of U-Tube videos I picked the maXpeedingrods 3300W petrol only model. This generator ticks all my major requirements and will happily provide all the current I need without any issues. It is really easy to start and is far more fuel efficient than the ones I have previously hired. It is exactly what the listing claims, it was delivered next day and it has worked perfectly ever since. So why only 4 stars? There a two things missing from this generator that would make it perfect for my application.1 - It does not have a standard 16A socket for use with motorhomes and caravans2 - It does not have an AC on/off switch, to isolate the load before starting. These are not major issues, I already had a 13 plug to 16amp socket adaptor lead, though it is not weather resistant, and it is not exactly difficult to unplug the generator before starting it, it is just annoying and easy to forget to do!The generator does not claim to have these features, and I purchased this product knowing that, so this is not a criticism of the product marketing, it is just a product limitation which could easily be improved by the manufacture. As you can see from the attached picture, I have now modified mine to have both a 16A and a 13A output and I added a 240V isolator switch. While this has invalidated the warranty is has made the generator perfect for my application, I may even get a new decal made up just for completeness :) In my experience, most things that are going to fail, do so in the first few hours of operation, so I am happy to forgo the warrantee for the extra convenience, I know others would feel differently.Should you buy this generator?Yes, the missing features may not be important to you, and they are certainly not show stoppers. This is a solid product with plenty of good product reviews from trustworthy reviewers. It is very quiet, especially in idle mode, fuel efficient and reasonably light weight and compact. Good value for money, especially if you buy it during a discount period, which seem to occur on a regular basis.

Happy customer
This arrived 3 days earlier than stated when I placed my order which was wonderful. It was well packed and once I filled with oil and fuel it started very easily. I bought it to run my Motorhome when off grid which it does quietly and without any issues. Very happy with it
