Number one. These bad boys actually go bad. I didn't realize that until I pulled out some of mine from 2020 and was surprised to find that they just did not want to stick to the tweezer nor my ears or my fingers, any meridian point. Is simply wore out so it makes sense. I just hadn't really thought about it. So my purchase this item at first I felt like I didn't need all of it. However, I appreciate how they include three different acupressure stainless steel tools of different sizes and shapes. So you don't have to just use your finger. It's accessible to various needs. I also like that one side put my first acupressure sticker in my year. I knew immediately that they were not no longer effective like I feared, but just old and chalky and no longer able to fulfill their job unfortunately.

The guide is easy to understand so the seeds are placed properly. The seeds work well for headaches, anxiety, stomach issues, sciatica. These seeds are on the inside of the adhesive, making the possibility of a seed going into the ear canal very slim.

Good quality for the price. I don’t recommend leaving it on throughout the whole day. The adhesive wears off and the ball thing almost slid through my ear canal. Other than that, it’s a pretty solid buy; just takes a few tries to get use to the accurate placement and pressure.

I purchashed this product hoping it would help with my headaches and im so glad I did, its helped so much. I was so impressed with the quantity and quality of product. The instructions are detailed and super easy to understand. They are a little tricky to get out of original packaging but easy to place depending on location you may need help. The stick really well.

I do believe these actually work. They helped out with my headaches and stayed on fo at least a week even in the shower

Not worth it. They don’t stick correctly and so hard to put it on. Wish I didn’t open it and could return it, I’ll have to throw it away.

I love this kit. I use it for gifts to people who are interested in this. I use it for teaching and recommend this to the students. I was using it for raffle prices when I do demos. The little booklet has the most common ailments in it! It gives you three good quality tools, and practically a lifetime supply of ear seeds! It has all you need to start doing ear acupressure seeds. The reason I gave it a 3 star is I have been finding that some of the seeds don't stick. They fall of immediately. I think something may be not working with the adhesive. That is really sad, because I thought this little kit was really great!

Love these! Been on a Chinese medicine kick and I can confirm that these do help with headaches! Still new to using them so I’m hoping I see other benefits as time goes on 😊

It does help with pain and also food craving

This ear seed acupuncture kit comes with a generous amount of supplies and everything needed to get started. The chart is clear, the tools look well made and the variety of ear seeds is impressive. I have not tried it yet but the kit feels thoughtfully put together and well organized which makes it easy to learn and use at home.

Ear seeds stick well and arrived as expected.

It’s a good set of products. I’m just having a bit of trouble learning how to stick it properly. Sometimes the ear seed will stick well, sometimes it doesn’t. Just a bit of learning curve and being familiar with my own ear’s accupoints.
