This is a smooth, quality dark roast. You can’t go wrong with any Peet’s roast. I prefer dark roast and this one is delightful. Full bodied, flavorful and not bitter. Brewing this roast fills the kitchen with an aroma that just draws you to the coffee. Outstanding.

Initially I was concerned as I had tried these pods from Whole Foods, and upon delivery they didn’t seem quite right, but I just changed the setting on my coffee maker and boom that unique smooth flavor is delightful! Texture is so smooth , and silky . I have come to learn Peet’s will never disappoint. You just might have to change the setting lol. Just subscription price was very reasonable For such an incredible quality that you can actually taste the notes . It's the only coffee I can say that is silky, Not quite as strong as Starbucks in terms of caffeine , but it’s clean and delicious, And I love that you can smell it a mile away.

My wife and I love a good cup of coffee every morning but we’re old and don’t have the money to go out for coffee every morning. Yes we have been drinking coffee all out of our adult life but over the last few years we grew tired of the coffee we’ve been buying due to the lack of flavor. We started looking for something bolder and that’s when we found Peet’s Dark Roast Coffee. It’s exactly what we were looking for. The dark roast has a wonderful full flavor and we have been drinking it the last 2 years. Peet’s dark roast is not only the coffee for us, it’s affordable! We buy a box of 72 pods and have them delivered so we never run out. If you like full bodied dark coffee, you should try Peet’s.

I loved this coffee. It’s highly aromatic and dark roast. Good quality coffee without any chemicals. Little pricey but it worth it. I wish they reduced the price but highly recommend for the coffee lovers.

Had hoped this would be a nice smooth organic coffee. It's organic but is a little strong/bitter for my taste. I think I prefer a medium roast. I tried two pods and then sent the rest to a relative who likes stronger coffee. She was very happy with the taste and enjoyed that it was organic to boot. So maybe this is the right one if you like a darker roast coffee. I, apparently, am a coffee wimp so will continue my search for a lighter than dark roast.

Pretty smooth and still has a good coffee taste

Major Dickson Blend is aromatic and bold in taste. Lots of "wake-up" in a pod. Prefer over the competition, even at a higher price point. Good Coffee!
