Best calcium supplement ever ever ever!!!I no more have to swallow 3 unpleasant and yucky tasting pills a day to meet my daily calcium requirements. I can now have it all just in 1 drink a day which is tasty and healthy both. Easy to use and carry too. I carry it everyday in my handbag.Just take 1 tablet, let it dissolve in 1 glass of water, Stir and Drink. My nutritionist mentioned that calcium is absorbed better after meal so I have this supplement after meal.Very much essential for women of any age, as bone health starts deteriorating with increased body calcium demands across all ages and stages of women.Also 1 more thing my nutritonist mentioned was that this product gives exact 500 mg Calcium per day which satisfies the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) levels too which are same for both mMen and Women. They also mention elemental which means that they are giving exact 500 mg calcium which is absorbed in body unlike others who say 500 mg, but only 200 mg gets absorbed in body.This is a genuine product I feel because it really works.However, if anyone who is looking to correct their calcium or D3 deficiency, then this is not for it. This is for daily maintenance of bone health.So expect only what this product is meant for.In true sense, it has benefitted me and my whole family including my cousin who is 15 years old. Very good and effective supplements. Tastes great!What I like:* Calcium and Magnesium.* Effervescence is just right.* The lemon flavor is simply awesome. Tastes like a normal cool drink!1What could be improved?This particular variant doesn't dissolve completely. Like 15% to 20% of tablet stays at bottom. May be because calcium is heavier so it doesn't dissolve so easily and sinks. If that can be fixed, it'll be 'perfection'Kudos!

This is the flavour I like after many try... Also it's suppliment for vitamin D. I like the combination and taste. It will great if they keep there price low as when I am writing the review. This will be serviou to the nation for providing good health supplements like ORS... In affordable price.

If this needs to be taken for a few months then very expensive. Won't buy it again. Will search for similar less expensive one.

For years I am so very satisfied with the taste and quality of this product. Now Fast&Up has changed EVERYTHING. The taste is totally different and not nice, the tablets are only half of the previous thickness and the quality is questionable. Add to that the price increase - before 240g for 459 IRS (comes to 191 INR for 100g) and now 100g for 324 IRS. I will not buy these again !

Well packaged item and really good in taste. It takes around a minute to dissolve completely. I also got it in almost halfthe price.Will update in a week or two about efficiency
