This grill is amazing. It’s built tough and super portable. Easy to put on the truck and take off by myself. Not to mention the customer service is by far better than any other company out there. I had issues called left a voicemail within the same day I was called and the issue was resolved the next day. Had the parts within the week. If you’re on the fence about buying trust me it’s worth every penny.

So it’s awesome! Two things I struggled with though. 1 the temp license plate didn’t have the hardware and the holes were the wrong distance for a California license plate. 2 i have a 2 1/2” receiver and the hitch is 2”. Had to get a slip. Not a hige deal but would have been nice to have that included or an option.

What a space saver it is to have this hooked to the hitch and not in the truck bed. Loved camping with it and it stayed safe and secure. I used a bolt and neoprene nut to secure it where the lock goes, while traveling And it did not budge at all. Really cool to cook on and it swings in many directions to make it convenient to where your supply table is located. Loved it.

Stellar function, fit, & finish. Rock solid and handles tough terrain and rough highways too. It comes apart super easy and makes cleaning a breeze! The upgraded version with folding side tables is well worth it when it comes to convenience while handling a busy grill. Changes the dynamics of saving space as well for camping and not having to pack a dirty grill inside the vehicle. Well worth the money for overlanding and camping!

Hitchfire bolt-pin, nut-plate is not centered nor does it align with receiver hole. Check this before completely unpacking. Should be nice steel not stamped-iron. USA-poor l, cheap design. I do not recommend this product till a steel update is released.

I recently purchased this grill to attach to the bumper of our 5th wheel. We had a terrible time with the hitch bolt. I reached out to HitchFire and got a very quick response. When I explained the problem, a new swing arm assembly was sent out immediately and corrected the problem just in time for a 2-week trip in our camper. I've used the grill twice since the purchase and it is so easy to use and clean. Can't wait for more grilling! Thanks to Hunter Griffith for the speedy customer service!!

Firstly, this thing is ridiculously well made - it’s so well thought out, and having the flexibility to take cooking equipment anyway is great. It got envious looks at my tailgate, and I imagine it’s awesome for camping too. If you’re thinking about it, buy it.
