It was advertised as dissolving easily in water, but after multiple attempts with both warm and cold water, it just clumps together and remains unusable. I’ve used katira from other brands before without this issue, so I’m confident this is a quality problem with this product. For something marketed as natural and versatile, it falls short of expectations and is a waste of money. I won’t be purchasing this again unless there is a clear improvement in its . On top of that it has been no refutable so I don't know what should I do with that.
