BinderBag Backpack Zippered 3-Ring Binder Bag (Turquoise)

Got it for my son because he has ADHD and is on the spectrum. If he had a binder before but he set it down and someone stole it by kicking it to another kid then they ran off with it. He keeps all papers, his school ID, his Loop Noise Canceling Headphones and his drawing notebook in there. He was extremely upset to have lost it so I had hoped this would help him not have to put it down.The same school who said they can do nothing about the lost binder, ID or noise canceling headphones said that this is a backpack (which yes it is) so he can't carry it and it also didn't come with the three ring binder like I thought. I should have read it more carefully.My oldest who has a binder that has a shoulder strap, had his shoulder strap break so I had hoped this would keep it from breaking. Since it has two straps and can be worn on his back then it is considered unsafe. So back to the drawing board.

My sons loved the messenger bag!!!!!!!!Lasted all year and washes nicely. Holds a lot of supplies and folders/paper—expands easier than others. Not a bag to carry everything, like lunch or textbooks. Kids really should only put a novel in it (can get heavy). You need to get: a big 4 inch binder (get expensive D ring kind to last), pencil bag, 9 plastic hole punched folders (HW and 8 classes), and plastic report covers (to hold schedule, calendar, school info).My sons loved their Binder Bag for middle school. Trying the “backpack” style this year! Not really good to include a tablet or laptop in it (Amazon Basic laptop bag was our choice for the laptop). Binder Bag Company (or Amazon) sent us the wrong style last year and the free return and replacement was easy and quick.You can sew on patches easily, to decorate.Tough canvas material holds up good!Had to order the new one in June because my son didn’t want to risk not getting it. 😎

Really like the goal of simplifying the pack for my middle schooler. It's kinda pricey, for not including the binder.Although there is room for packing books in here, it's limited and all his books don't fit right.If they take lunch, it will get squished if you put it in the binder bag, but if you protect it in a lunch box/bag it won't fit in the binder bag.He is quite hard on his packs and binders, so far the stitching is holding up great.

BUYER BEWARE: NOT AS PICTURED! & BREAKS ON 1ST DAY OF USE! I ordered this product because I was so impressed by the one I bought last year for my son. So come time my daughter needs one, I log on & without hesitation gave $50 away under the impression I was receiving what I ordered last time. We received the package while I was at out showing houses (I’m a Realtor), so I just had my sitter get it, & put it in my closet with the other school supplies I was buying weeks in advance.. Needless to say we pulled it out Tuesday, the night before school was to start & it wasn’t the binder bag I ordered, there were no backpack type straps, just a fabric strap with plastic clips to hang from a shoulder like a purse. I was livid to say the least. I finally sucked it up, & said oh well it’s too late to send it back & get a new one, so tell her to use it until I can get her 1 like her brother’s. Then what happens on her 1st day of 6th grade while she’s in route to her 2nd hour class? The plastic clips broke & her binder fell to the floor, causing people to turn & look & flat out embarrassing her on her 1st day of middle school which was already stressful enough! Yes, being a business owner & a mom of 3 takes a lot out of me, I should have opened the package sooner. Great bag. Had the messenger last year and now getting the backpack version. The messenger bag is still good. Wanted to get the backpack to make it easier for my kids to carry. Nice roomy pockets and if the rings get warped, only the binder needs replacement.

Quality product.. my kid is har on bags and this one has made it longer then any other worth the money

Nice bag but some how we thought it had rings to hold papers but its really just a back pack to hold ring binder

Sturdy, and so much easier for my son to carry than the other binders
