They arranged for a replacement box to be shipped from their European warehouse, and it arrived in perfect condition. The new box is stunning, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received. Thank you, February Mountain, for making things right! The box has arrived from Korea, in an intact package so it seemed everything is in good condition. It was opened during a birthday party a month later after delivery and unfortunately it turned out the box had a broken corner and one missing screw. The box itself is beautiful, but the chipped corner had to be fixed by a local craftsman. It looks like it was dropped before packaging and shipping, and the missing screw doesn't even has its hole. These minor details counts much in a product, which looks so nice on the other details, like its beautiful top layer. So please next time handle with more care before shipping!

I bought this as a gift. It was delivered the following day. I was stunned when I opened it. It is the most beautiful trinket box. The colour I ordered was the blue and the mother of pearl. It was really well packaged. It was a little smaller than I expected but that didn’t distract from the beauty of the box. I can’t wait to see the recipients face when she opens it.

Lovely box but a bit expensive for the size .

Too many places for rings. I don't wear rings. I cut lining & placed on base. Shame. Seller never responded to my message re enquiry for just plain boxes. But it's a beautiful little thing nonetheless.
