I been using this for 2 weeksI take 2 a day.1 in the morning on an empty stomach1 at night before bedCAUTION ‼️ It is pretty sour I would compare it to a sour gummy worm other than that it’s great! The taste is temporary just drink water in betweenIt has improved my skin so much

I would not buy this again, but the taste was OK in all honesty
I wanted the source of collagen that did not come from animals and that turns out to be somewhat difficult. Collagen usually comes from fish or some part of animal that is not used elsewhere.
