The flavor is amazing, it tastes like a refreshing pineapple drink.I have tried so many different options of energy drinks but they bother my stomach or make me feel weird, this one does not. You can bring it with you in your purse and just simply add it to your water.I highly recommend it.

I find that Liquid I.V. has a strange consistency and flavor to them. I've tried many of the flavors and the pineapple, mango and coconut are the closest to tasting what they are supposed to be. Some flavors are really strange tasting. I'm sticking to these 3 flavors now. They really help my dry mouth problem which is why I was recommended to using them.

Everyone told me to try this stuff but I refused because it's so expensive compared to other brands. I finally tried it when nothing else worked, and it was like magic. For one thing, the electrolytes stay in solution, instead of being left as chalky bits in the bottom of the water bottle. It also absorbs quickly. I went from drastically dehydrated to nearly fully hydrated in about an hour after drinking one dose.A couple of minor negatives. There are ostensibly dozens of flavors, but they are all very similar. I bought several to try, and most of the time I couldn't tell you which one I'm drinking. Also, it is VERY sweet. If you're okay with drinking twice the amount of water, you'll likely find it much more pleasant at half strength.
