My body digests these without issues and I'm surprisingly feeling more energetic. Took these simultaineously with Body Mint Sport Body Mint Sport for Active and Athletic Lifestyles (2 Pack) , so I'm not sure if the Vites or it with combination with Body Mint contributes to the uplift (NOTE: Mints self proclaim to be for reducing body odors, with no mention on being for increasing energy.)

Great multi vitamin, I have been taking them for years. Definitely a time release product.

Great multi vitamin
Have been taking these for years. Easy to swallow and get so much in them for a great price. Definitely notice a difference in my day if I don’t get to take them. Have tried other multi vits and the rest don’t compare.
