I use Bug Soother, the spray, and while it is not the most effective mosquito repellent, I still like it and buy it. I decided to replenish my stock with this order that included the candle. I really like it and find it effective indoors! It is not like citronella that cannot be burned indoors. This one does not state anywhere not to use it indoors so I lit mine in my living room because the occasional mosquito will find its way into the house. I was not bothered by any while this was burning. Highly recommend!

The candle and sprays have a really nice vanilla kind of scent. I love the candle. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I still seem to get mosquito bites when only using the candle, but it is a very pleasant candle and I feel safe knowing it should be safe for my pets. I haven't been able to really test the bug spray yet, but this stuff smells so much better to us humans than the usual repellant.

First let me say it smells great I almost got Orange Creamsicle vibes from it, unfortunately I ended up yet another evening outside eaten alive by the little monsters. It was missing the travel spray bottle but that didn’t matter so much to me, I didn’t even bother contacting customer service. I found the spray to leave a sticky residue on me even after throughly shaking it as the directions state, on my legs and arms. Tho to be completely fair my hubs was sitting next to me without any spray on and never got bit once. It may work for some but didn’t for me. I hate leaving mediocre reviews for any product as I know how it effects a businesses way of life and times are hard right now but at least I got a great smelling candle out of the purchase!

Now one of my favorite natural mosquito repellent that I have tried so far here in Louisiana. Worked well around my house in the late afternoon and evenings when mosquitoes this morning. Scent is not overpowering at all, it’s only slightly a lemon grass sent I applied to spray quite liberating and it did the job. The candle is not a strong scent when I had it sitting next to me. I used both the spray and candle for relaxing on the porch. Not so sure how it will work deep in the woods, but I am happy to try it on my child next when he’s out playing in the country.
