Did the Job
This pump met my needs and is doing the job so far. I am using it to power a small fountain in my pigeon aviary which is outside. The pigeons love it. I originally bought a smaller pump but that pump did not have the lifting power I needed. That is why I bought this pump. In my application, I need to lift the water about 4 feet. I loose a little volume at that height but it meets my needs nicely. I have put the pump on a timer so that it runs during the day for about 8 hours every day. I can recommend this pump if your requirement is similar to mine.

Use this to water plants.
I have a few indoor plants and water them by pitcher was getting time consuming. I bought this pump and a 17 gallon bucket so I can water without an actual water source. I cut the end of my hose and clamped it to the pump. I've been using the pump to push nutrient water and it's never clogged or had any motor issues. I've been running it for almost a year and I use it daily or every other. Great little pump for the price!

Broke on first use; waste of money.
Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to use this until the return window had closed or I'd be sending it back. When I did try using it, I first used the large restrictor on low & it was too forceful for my needs. I changed the restrictor head, plugged it in & the motor was dead. I tried multiple plugs just to make sure. Since I couldn't return it, I dismantled it, put it back together & it still didn't work. Cheap & crappy. Do yourself a favor & buy a different one.

So far so good!
Arrived quickly, which helps my project a lot. Started a new project and got all the things together. Gave this a good test, and I was able to submerge it and see it work just fine. So far so good! Will report back as things progress in my build.

Motor Clogs easily, gets Loud, and then Stops
Do not buy these small power heads Made in China. They work for a few hours these the spinner gets clogs and stops. The friction inside also overheard your aquarium. Because they are poorly designed they create to much friction and overheat. Over time they start to make a grinding noise as well. I do not recommend any of these powerheads unless under a good American brand.

You get what you pay for
Update: Used this pump 24/7 for about 16 months when it died. Appears that the impeller wore out as there were scratch marks all over the magnet. There was also a slight electrical leak during the past 2 months.. It tingled but did not hurt me or my koi. I would not purchase this pump again.Original: Pump worked when originally connected. Flow was similar to my original comparable sized Laguna pump but slowed down about 30% a month later.

Working Fine
We purchased this pump for an outside three-foot high three tier fountain. It has performed to date admirably. Not sure the flow is as heavy as I would like. But no complaints. It has even withstood three nights of sub-freezing weather which, in Atlanta where the pump is being used, is unusual and the reason I have not retired it for the winter.

It Works Well as a Transfer pump
use this tiny little pump to fill my fish tank and with about 4 foot of head it only puts out a trickle of water but that’s probably the right amount so I don’t shock my fish with cold water.
