I was thrilled with this top - super comfortable and with extra details that make it more interesting while drawing some attention away from some of the bulges...As someone with a long torso, I appreciate the extra length, and it doesn't ride up during yoga sessions. The built-in shelf bra is supportive enough for low-to-moderate impact activities, and has light padding. The fabric may not be the most breathable/wicking, but still has worked well for me. It's on sale at the moment, so a particularly good deal, but I think it's a really nice value. I'm 5'4", ~170lbs, and ordered the purple in an XL. I then immediately went and ordered it in two more colors!

this is a wonderful all-purpose workout top. i'm a yoga teacher, so my tops must stay in place and not ride up while i'm in various poses in front of all my students. this top is perfect for yoga. i don't have to wear a sports bra underneath - the built-in bra and pads provide plenty of support. i wouldn't wear it to run in or for especially bouncy workouts, but i would wear it for cycling, walking, hiking, etc. it washes well and has held up through a dozen or so washes and dries with zero issues. while it's supportive, it's still comfortable enough to wear all day and/or to sleep in. the cross-cross design and thicker fabric covers up my many midsection imperfections. the pink color is beautiful, and i will definitely be ordering more colors. i'm 5'7" and a size 10/12 and the large fits perfectly. i could size down, but i wouldn't size up - i would be afraid i would lose the breast support. especially for this price, i VERY HIGHLY recommend!

I'm 55 years old, 5'8" tall, and 180 pounds. The XL fit me pretty good, but it's a little too snug under my breasts which is uncomfortable sitting down. But, it's tolerable for exercising and really great material. I like that it is long too. I have a tummy buldge, and it flattens me some there, so that's great. I just wish it didn't flatten me up top. Overall, it works for exercising, but I was hoping to buy more to wear under other shirts to give up wearing a bra. It has great padding to do that. If you're at or below my weight and less than a 38C in the chest, it should fit more comfortably up top.

I had ordered another top in this brand, in an XL, which was too large. I'm a 38C (more or less), and wear size 12 clothes, anywhere from M - XL depending on the cut, but I gained about 5-10 lbs extra, so the girth of bras is tricky for me now. This one, size L, is a good fit with just enough looseness. The bra size is very good, and the pads look "okay" but it's just as flattering without pads. ( I'm tempted to try the Medium just to see if it will still be as comfortable when it's more snug.) The color choices are great, and honestly, I use my workout tops for training & swimming, with workout shorts: at age 70, I won't wear a swim suit unless I lose about 20-30 lbs. (I hate lumpy thighs or sagging butts on other women, and I'm too vain to look like that.)This is a good product.

I really like this top, but the bra just won't do much for me. I'm trying it in a smaller size to see if its better, but my sense of this is if your on the smaller-chested side, or younger and firmer, it's a nice top for daily wear, or for sports that don't require much support, like yoga weight lifting. But if you're looking for a more supportive bra for running, Zumba, or other bouncy cardio, this isn't it.However, the length is fabulous, and hard to find, and the top is cut well, not overly revealing. As a daily wear top, it may have enuf support for me to get away with, and I love the dark plum color.

Wow!... After 3 years, these are still the most comfortable for this type of tank top. I wear and have been wearing athletic tops for more years than I care to state as I have been athletic all my life and at times have basically lived in them. Summary of my review:1. Comfortable (for all day wear)2. Great quality. For over 3 years, I've worn at least 4 of these tops and they have not shown any wear. I live in these from May thru end of the September (4-5 months out of the year). Note, that I hang dry my tops after washing, so this helps with the wear. They dry fast so if I wash and hang to dry before I go to bed at night, by the next morning, they are dry and ready for wear!3. Quick dry. I usually air dry my tops before I put them in the hamper to be washed. Then as stated above I hang dry after washing. I've worn these as little as 4 hours after hanging to dry.4. Easiest to put on and take off for an athletic top that has built in bra/support. This is No fusing over or having to be (seemingly) super flexibly to wriggle your way out of it.5. The material has texture and so is not sleek like many of athletic tops. This helps to hide some of the body's imperfections for those times when I gain some weight! Also, it doesn't show perspiration as readily.Great colors! I have the purple, pink, dark green, grey (for over 3 years), and dark blue (which is really a periwinkle or purplish blue), and black (over 2 years).

This is the best sports tank top and shelf bra I've ever found; I have 5 of this in blk (2), blue, white & burgundy. Reviewing based on my experience, and in reply to some other reviews.- the medium fits as expected. I recently lost 40+ lbs, and these fit great as I moved from a size 10 to a 4-6.- colors are rich and hold-up well on delicate cycle wash (hang dry). No shrinking, pilling, wear, sagging or snagging.- yes it's long, yet not too long & just fine for me at 5'3".- it offers removable inserts in the shelf-bra. I took them out from all but the white top (for modesty).- the material is thick, stretchy & supportive.- the shelf bra is great. I also wear an underwire bra if I need more support for a run, etc.- I wear these around the house, to sleep in, to the gym and more.If you are at all hesitant to purchase this top, I encourage you to take the plunge!
