No, it doesn't foam much at all. It's a very powerful degreaser. I use it diluted 50% with water for cleaning auto parts. Wear gloves.

Q: Will this take out oil stains on my drive way ??

Yes it should it is a industrial degreaser meant for oil stain removal you also have to use a power washer for stronger cleaning
