Very Bright, Fun, and Diamond-Flattering for that special moment when you ask her to marry you... especially useful for outdoor, sunset or night-time proposals where you want her to be able to see the ring, and for it to be highlighted in photos. However - I would not recommend trying to carry this around in dress pants all night before popping the question, because this box is somewhat bulky and it will be popping out of your pants instead. Maybe it could be hidden in a chest pocket of an overcoat? I would recommend getting it if you have options of keeping it extremely close to you, like under the driver seat or in a camera bag, or something similar like that. The material is OK and similar to what most ring boxes are like with the faux suede-like material, not spectacular but I haven't seen many high-end authentic suede or velvet boxes while shopping around either. I used this box and she loved it. She loves me and the proposal and the ring more, but the box did a great job shining light onto the diamond and making it sparkle like crazy.

Overall I am very happy with this box. My fiancé is in love with it as the LED shines bright and directly down onto the ring. It is one of those things that looks better in hand then in the pictures. My only gripe is that I wish it was smaller. To keep the surprise for the proposal I had to keep it in my bag because it would have been a giveaway in my pocket. However I did see the dimensions before purchasing and still took the risk. As stated before I am very pleased with the fit and finish.

Slightly different but not nearly as bad as people are saying. I proposed at night and this ring box makes the diamonds shine like you would not believe. It was well worth the money and my now fiancée was absolutely thrilled about this. She loves her light up box and it brought a unique element to a special occasion. I will say that the light was substantially brighter than I was expecting. You could bling someone with this thing.

This product is as unreliable as it gets. Got it for a friend's proposal. No lights when I opened the box. I thought there was a button to turn it on but couldn't find one. I had to come back to its Amazon page to see how it works because it literally came with no instructions. I soon realized that it was defective. Absolutely avoid this product at all cost I mean can you imagine when you're about to pop the big question and the light goes out on you? I can't.

It’s a nice quality box. I wanted one with a light cuz I planned on proposing early in the morning before we went on a hot air balloon ride so it was still dark And I wanted her to be able to see the ring. The only problem was when I opened the box the light kinda blinded her lol but after her eyes adjusted she was able to see it so it still worked out.

Shame on you amazon!!!!! This is the worst item I have ever purchased on amazon - it Is a completely worthless buy, don’t waste your money. It broke after a week and I could not send it back. I never even gifted it to my poor mom what a shame! Opened the box 3 times before wanting to gift her the ring and the 3rd time poof no light and the hinge broke - I can’t tell you how disappointed I was.And ps if you doubt this info I have purchased on amazon for over 10 years and this is the first review I ever took the time to write because I was so mad. Again amazon you should really be ashamed.

I have mixed tellings on the rating. 1) it's great and works well 2) I ordered the one with a silver outlining, but I received the gold and it clashes with my rose gold and white gold ring... the product itself is goodgood.

This box had a drop of glue right in the center of it which totally made it look cheap. Gladly, I have time to find a another box.
