Horrible product, not as shown in the picture! It’s not even the same weight. Don’t buy from this seller, it’s a scam.

It's shape is good but it's rotten and contain plenty of wood insectsssss which is not acceptable at all🤮🤮🤮

Was not delivered as advertised. Quantity was less than 15 kg. Wood was moist and not cut. Very difficult to catch fire

Having recently moved into a very old and draughty house I have become something of a log hunter/critic. I can't tell you how pleased I have been with this delivery. Firstly I had a good mix of logs. Some thinner pieces with bark that could be peeled away were excellent for getting the fire started. I loved that I was given some free kindling and I had no trouble at all getting it going- see first picture. I normally get a mix of soft and hard wood from a different source and use the soft wood to get the fire started (soft wood not that great though as it spits). I was thrilled that I was able to get this going so easily without the soft wood. I can only presume it was because the logs were so nice and dry. You can also see from my second picture that once going, it burned beautifully and not too quickly. I would purchase again without a doubt and highly recommend.

The packaging was a tarp like potato bag, not the nice box as advertised, the wood was full of live mites/ants, and gave a lot of smoke while burning, indicating that the wood was not dried properly
