I have only had this smart band since March 1 and I wish I never bought it. It is very inaccurate. The main reason I bought this is because of the claim of monitoring blood pressure levels(that’s never been accurate). Also, it used to count my steps.. it doesn’t do that anymore because the band thinks I’m still asleep & says I’ve slept all these hours.. apparently the sleep monitoring is no longer accurate either. I wish I’ve never bought this. Smh. Very bad purchase.

Not a "techy" guy; unit was well packaged; instructions in ENGLISH; and when I encountered a "pilot error", their support was immediate and solved my self induced issue....Having been taken by surprise by a coronary artery clog, requiring immediate stents, it good to have an easy monitor, as I still work out, so it tracks steps, BP, Heart Rate (for cardio) and a stop watch, should I be foolish enough to race some one...Great experience, good product...large display....recommend....

Initial out of the box impression was that this was a nicely designed smart band. Sleek looking and goes great with a casual, exercise and work outfits.It was easy to get it up and running by downloading and syncing the app. Long Run Technologies included an easy to follow guide. I had a quick question for them and their response was concise, and more importantly, prompt.Overall, it was a great purchase, especially compared to others I've tried in the market. Great look and value.

All the functions worked and it took me only 30 minutes to download and set up the Smart Band app. I did need to read the directions carefully all the way to the end. The blood pressure monitor application closely matched my doctor's measurements and my home arm BP. Note that the BP pressure varies as expected when my position of the arm and my sitting (or lying position) changes. I had a problem with the charger and requested to buy another. The seller immediately answered that Long Run Technologies would send (free) another. I expect a replacement next week. This is five start service! Happy Buyer. Don’t waste your time or money! My husband has lung disease and I thought this was a great device to have to do away with blood pressure monitor, o2 senser but it stopped showing on the smart bracelet and would only show from the app on the phone! I was very disappointed when it stopped working within days of getting it!

The blood pressure monitor feature is unique, at least at the time I bought it. The quality of software / app isn't as good as Fitbit. The band came off a few months after purchase. Went back to Fitbit.

Compared to my MD's results my Smart Band blood pressure was off 28 points on systolic 18 on diastolic and heart rate was off 30 + bpm sometimes, readjusted wristband, didn't change erroneous data. Customer service did nothing to resolve the issues. Threw mine in the trash can, suggest you don't buy this product.

Great! Now I can check my heart rate, Oxigen, Blood Pressure etc and take care of my health during Fitness or normal activities. I love this Smart Band.
