All hats will have various scars, scratches and marks in different degrees. These variations are indicative of the outback style and are typically highly sought after as they are evidence of genuine, rawhide leather. After some wear, your hat will form to your head shape and size. The hats individual character will emerge influenced by you and the elements around you. A perfect fit is not necessary when new. Hat size is machine measured before shipping. As sizing can vary, a different size may be printed inside your hat. A great hat, it can be crushed and packed. It will protect you from the sun's damaging rays and improve your look to boot! Hat brim is approximately 36cm (14") front to back, tip to tip. Brim width is approximately 8cm (3") from the crown to the tip. Crown height is approximately 10cm (4") high. This will vary between sizes. Great for in a heatwave
Have been looking for a summer hat for my partner for years. He loves his leather bush hat, but is way too warm to wear in the summer. He just couldn't find one that was good in hot weather. Until now.This arrived earlier than expected - just over 2 weeks from Australia to UK is pretty good going.It's really light weight. The style is very similar to the acubra, but instead of leather the brim is made of lightweight felt material.The mesh that covers the head is just right to allow the hat to be sturdy but still well ventilated. It allows a breeze to flow over the head while walking, but still protects from the sun.Really happy with the sizing too. My partner has a gigantic noggin, and the XXL size is hard to find, but fits him perfectly.

I added 1cm to my measured head size and the result was a perfect fit. Very speed delivery from Australia - arrived weeks ahead of stated delivery date.

Great hat!
I absolutely love this hat! It is even more comfortable than my baseball caps. I love the look, the feel of the material and just the overall comfort of the hat. If I had any recommendations, I would like to see this hat with a 3 3/4" brim. The 3" brim just doesn't give quite enough shade on the golf course. Other than that, this is a fantastic hat!

Beautiful hat, quality finish, fits like a glove due to fact that they ask for your head measurement. Brim of hat had major scuffing, as if it was on bottom of the pile and carelessly pull of shelf.

Great Hat
I ordered one for my husband for golf and he had me order 2 more for his friends. It looks great and is very well designed. Keeps the sun off of him and has good air flow to keep him cool. This hat has a nice feel and you can tell it is made of good quality materials.

Comfortable, tough as nails hat.
This hat is the most comfortable hat i have ever owned, i am able to wear it all day in the Australian summer sun and not feel the need to remove it every couple of minuits to let my head breath. It is long lasting, this is my second purchase of this product the first lasted me eight years of hard outdoor tradesman wear and is still wearable but for where the brim finally wore through causing the brim to sag at the back a little, other then this the brim has never lost its shape or has the gauze ever frayed noticeably despite being trodden on, sat on, buried, dug up, squashed in the back of the ute over holidays, run over and being sat on the head of one of the sweatiest men in the world for eight years. This is a top hat and you won't be disappointed.
