Easy to use

I got the smallest oz, and it worked well, it puffed up nicely after placing it in water for less than 3 minutes as shown in the picture. No aroma, no issues, no complaints. Very happy customer. My hermit crabs will love this in the morning when I clean out their habitat. I'm mixing this with coconut as shown in the image 🥥

exactly as described, bulks up nicely instantly when soaked in water. I squeezed out the water and dried it in a paper bag before placing some. Although my beardy instantly tried eating it twice which isn't good for them to digest. I removed a lot just covering the bottom so they don't ingest too much. I'm just using this as a placeholder until my desert sand arrives for my new beardy.

This looks like very personality, sphagnamos. I am going to use this to propagate my plants. Let's see how is the results it will show. And this is nice and very much. In quantity, so I like this one. But it is a little bit smelly. I don't know what type of the smell. It is Overall good product worth the money .

I mix with coconut fiber for snake substrate. A little goes a long way once reconstituted with water. I break off what I need and mix about 1/3 brick to 2 of the 8 qt bases of fiber.

This is my first time getting compacted moss. I'm impressed how much it fluffs up once you hydrate it and pull it apart. This will last me a long time since I just use it in my snake's humid rock hide. (I have a sand boa)

The moss seemed okay texture-wise, aside from some stick-type fibers here and there, which isn't that unusual for this kind of moss. The moss was completely ruined after adding the hot water to expand it, however. I needed the entire bale to use in my reptile's tanks, as I have many. I used a large tote for this process. I tried to stir the moss to get it to dry, but it wouldn't. Even despite laying the moss out flat for a while, it still would not dry. It eventually became mildew-y and unusable for my geckos. I do not blame the product itself for this issue, but definitely something that would have been good to learn before I wasted all of the moss and my money. If you do decide to use it I definitely recommend only expanding small amounts at a time.

This sphagnum moss is awful. It molds quickly. It's full of sticks. It is just terrible substrate! Save your money, save your time, do not order this. It is no good! I purchased it for plants. I have tried sterilizing it different ways after the first time I used it for trying to propagate, it quickly molded, it's not even good for compost!

Got this for my hermit crab. There is a ton of moss!! You only need to submerge a small amount at a time in primed water and it swells up to a big amount! Love it!

You get a lot for the price, it really dirty moss but nothing a few rinses under water doesn’t fix, no bad odour just smelled like moss
