Purchased as a gift. The person I purchased this for loves this product. The individual lives in a dry, arid, hot climate, and needs lip protection and hydration. This works for them, and they use it on a daily basis. They also love the other flavors this product offers on occasion.

I’ve been using Kiehl’s #1 lip balm daily for 25 years. When I opened a new tube that I ordered earlier this year (I always buy a few at a time) I thought there was something wrong with it. It had a white cloudy look instead of the clear yellowish gel I’m so used to. Regardless, I tried it for a few days and it totally dried out my lips. Since I figured I received a faulty batch (which has never happened before) I recently purchased another tube, which I just received today. It has the same white cloudy look and consistency so I looked on the back for the ingredients and was so disappointed to see a completely different list of ingredients than the original. I loved the original formula and can’t imagine why they would want to change the world’s most perfect lip balm. Since this new inferior formula dries up my lips, I have no choice but to search for a product more similar to the original #1 lip balm. I really hope that decision makers at Kiehl’s come to their senses and change it back. Seriously wondering why they would do this to their loyal customers?

Use everyday. Sensitive skin reduces my options and this product is the perfect. Finally subscribing to this product to replenish automatically.

Doesn’t last. Very thin and doesn’t do much. Disappointed and my lips are still dry.

I really like most Khiel’s products but this one was just ok. I’m not sure that I would order it again. It was just ok and did not stop my son’s lips from being chapped.
