This polish was thick, laying on the nail clumpy and not smooth. The polish itself doesn’t lay smooth, but… a top coat will make it look smooth and lay it nice.

I buy from this brand a lot and every time there is always hairs in my stuff.. Idk what the hell is going on but i won't like i continue to use it and take the hairs out.
