The specs are Superior to similar products but performs at a lesser level for twice the price.

I bought this box as an upgrade to an older box I was previously using. THIS box has been nothing but a problem since I've started using it. First, the remote sensor is on the bottom lip of the box itself so you have to set the box up high just so the remote will work. Kodi was hidden and had to be unhidden to use. Come to find out kodi is preloaded with garbage add-ons that don't even work. Not that big of a deal because I run my own add-ons. Even after getting kodi setup like I want it, there's constant lag,buffering, etc. Now normally that's an internet issue. However, my old system runs on 5.0 android with only 2g ram. This system is 7.1.2 android with newer 3g ram. My old system runs BETTER than this "newer" system. So that's where I say this device is garbage!!!!

Watch the reviews closely on this one before ordering - this box with all the fancy bells and whistles will not power on. Want to update my review - my initial review was in haste because I was so upset with this box. However, I want it to be known that this box did work for two days before it completely shut down and would not power on or respond to the included remote or a wireless mini keyboard. It was a dissent box when it worked.

There was nothing to like about this. The remote wouldn't work when more than 4 feet from the device. Seriously doubt the Wifi has 5G, couldn't even get pass 24mb on speedtest. Wired connection wasn't any better. While trying to stream a video, the only thing that would show is the rotating arrow. And, I do have AT&T 1000mb Fiber, which speedtests over 700mb consistent. The box would lock up while trying to set it up, causing me to have to unplug the power cord. And this TV Box had everything that I was looking for. Tried to make it work for 3 hours, and it just wouldn't.

On multiple boxes not of this manufacture however, this one did not work in many ways. Also since I want to return it it won’t allow me to delete my personal account on it, I cannot even access area to delete Google account

I have read all the review before order this box, it doesn't have sort of problems like others do, kodi 17.4 is good, add-ons are loaded in the kodi already but need activate and install it in the kodi setting, I have installed apex and nova launcher if you don’t like the stock one, they both running good,wifi signal is fine, my router just next to it, get a wireless keyboard remote if you found remote control is hard to use or use the pc mouse. 4K video playback is smooth, most of games are running fine

Could never get this thing to work right and It's going to wind up in the trash if I can't get it to perform properly! It won't even power off??

This tv box was slow and I kept having to reboot every time.
