Q: it says usa two pin connector for charging ive never seen this type plug in the usa does it come ready to use in the usa?

The plug you see in the post on Amazon is actually a European plug. I'm sure from reading all the reviews that the one for the USA comes equipped with an American style two blade plug.

Q: Where is the product made?

Sticker on box says "Made in China". Schön is a German word, but the item is actually MADE IN CHINA.

Q: How do we get a replacement, mine will not trim?

One of the blades appears to have snapped out of the spring holding the two-blade trimmer I bought last September. Can you replace the part? The rest of the unit works well.
