Detox'ing is a consumer scam meant to get people to buy their product. Your body is AMAZING! Your internal mechanisms 'detox' with no extra help from you. But if you think diarrhea is beneficial for you in your detox, keep on keeping on!As far as workout supplements, you will find this ingredient in many high end supplements.
