Great product... but too expensive. I used for italian wedding cookies and results were great! I also made a glaze for ricotta cookies, but that didnt turnout good and my sprinkles dissolved in it.

Sweeter than actual sugar. I could have used half the package and gotten the same results as regular sugar.

Monk fruit is always, to me, the best sweetener, and now I have powdered sugar and can make frosting for my keto cakes.

Excelente opción a la azúcar glass convencional , debemos investigar qué cantidades habremos de utilizar, ya que es aún más dulce que cualquier endulzante que haya probado en mi vida, lo cual considero es excelente en la relación cantidad-precio. Lo compré pensando en utilizarlo para repostería.
