Capsules are differnt color than previous orders has off taste opened capsule and can't taste the cinnamon

False Advertising, What are the Crystals in the Bottle!!! IS IT SAFE?
First of all, it's false advertising. They advertise 60 pills/bottle, but there are only 30.Secondly, there's a crystalline material in the bottle. What are these crystals? IS THIS PRODUCT EVEN SAFE?

I read about this item before I bought it. It didn’t work so well for me, just more money I’ll never see again.
