The mixer works well but I received it broken, The plastic on the on and off panel and the shield had been broken and laying in the bottom of the box. I would have sent it back but I needed to use it then. The box it self was not damaged . They need to check the product better before boxing it.

The one good thing about the company is that I had emailed them to speed delivery and they shipped the product right out but the good aspects stopped there. The mixer was delivered today and the box was trashed. The FedEx driver asked if I even wanted it. I took it to see if it was ok because I needed to start my project. As I started assembly, I noticed that the instructions did not match the product exactly but I was able to make sense of it at the beginning. The first issue was that the mixing paddles inside the drum were 4 inches too short to meet the holes to attach them. I believe they are supposed to be curved but I had to straighten them out substantially to bolt them in. The big problem though, was that the instructions to assemble the motor housing were missing and the bag of parts for the motor assembly were in a bag for supposedly another part of the mixer. I was able to look at it and figure out how it goes together but I was having a lot of trouble getting a nut on a bolt and when I finally looked at it, I was given a nut that was not even threaded on the inside. Never in my life have I seen a nut that was unthreaded. Because of this, I had to go to the home improvement store to get new bolts, nuts, and washers. This assembly should have taken 30 minutes but instead it took 4 hours. Extremely frustrating. I hope it works well after all the work that I put into assembling it.

Well the only good thing I see so far is it came in time. Everything goes downhill from there. To sag the packaging was lousy would be kind. It came with NO instructions! Zero/nada! Now I will have to figure out how it goes together! You would think if these people wanted to sell these things they would put a little more effort into it! The mixer itself looks heavy and hopefully it will work out ok. I'll follow up when I get the blamed thing put together.

Like the previous comments, I too received no instructions at all on this product. However i did recieve instructions on how to unbox a mattress. That may come in handy some day. I may just forget how to do it... I did have to refer to a youtube guide on assembly for it. Which also showed that I was missing parts. The delivery guy told me before even showing me the box that the package was horribly damaged and that I probably wouldn't want it and he wasn't kidding. It looked as if it had been hit by a truck. With that said, The product was fine and does seem to have been built well. I'm undecided on what I'd rate it. I want to like it but I can't even use it as it stands without the parts that are missing. That includes the pouring handle and the belt, as well as the instructions for people that have no access to an online guide. I think as of right now. I'm giving it 2 stars. Decent quality, but horrible consideration of packaging and well upkeep for the customer. Don't expect me to be buying any of your mattresses anytime soon.EDIT: I did get in contact with them and they were very friendly and understanding about the inconvenience. Offering to either refund my money or replace the product.
