Exactly what it says it is. And adapter for a microphone stand to reduce the size of your stand to accept a different size microphone clip. Just make sure you need it before you order it. Order your new microphone clip and make sure it needs an adaptor before you order the adaptor. Chances are you don't need one.

Been using these for years
These work great for older galaxy hot spot monitors. Also work with newer adapter plates threaded hole in top.Well made fits standard mic stand thread. Seller shipped quickly.

Just What I Needed
This stand adapter was the perfect fit for my new Nady PM-100, but I was surprised that it was a different diameter from the adapter I have for my powered monitor. The fix was easy, just switch stands (one of them is black, the other, silver).

For a secure hotspot mount can't beat it
Perfect addition. My hotspot is much more steady and secure now. Should have purchased this piece long ago...

Aluminum is expensive
pretty expensive for what it is, but they know you're not gonna go build one on a lathe in your basement, either.

Good Adaptor
It fits the bill. Too bad Nady doesn't just make it part of the package. There are other similar products that include the adapter for a similar price.

very nice
works well on mic stand and fits well into unit. They also work on my old surround sound stands. Sure they can be setup on other types of stands.
