Dear Customer, please kindly note that you should pay attention to the size of bottom bracket. It should be 68-73mm long and 33.5-36mm wide. If you are still not sure, please feel free to contact us with pictures of your bike and we will help you check.

My bottom bracket is only 60mm. If I use spacers on left side to make up the difference will my chain ring line up with the placement of the original?

Dear Customer, yes, you can add 8mm spacers on the left side to make the motor fit your bike. It won't have much difference on the chainring line up position, but this still depends on your bike frame. If you can send us some pictures of your bike from different side, it would better help to check the compatibility.
