My first machine lasted less than two weeks and jammed up, Amazon graciously replaced it with no problem however the second machine was delivered with a cracked water tank. Unfortunately, the date to return had passed before I had an opportunity to open the machine for use.

The coffee machine is very good. Coffee is taste. I like I can choose the richness of taste.You can make cappuccino or latte as well and this also tastes good. I used lactose-free milk to get a little bit of sweet flavor.The machine is super easy to clean.

Excellent machine. Was looking to purchase a Bean to Cup machine for a while and carried out the usual scanning of all machines and reviews. There are some great reviews regarding this machine and decided it was between this machine and another couple. We are glad we chose this machine.This machine makes excellent coffee. We had no issues with the settings apart from changing the heating settings to full or number 4. We live in Glasgow which has soft water so no need to play with the setting on the water hardness.We have tried the Costa beans in the machine and they make lovely coffee. Recently bought another flavour of beans and they are now our favourite beans.So glad we decided to move on from our Nespresso machine which we had for 2 years and it was time to upgrade and we are so glad we did.If you fancy getting a bean to cup then this machine will certainly not disappoint.10/10

I bought this whilst my expensive Jura machine is away being repaired for a second time in 4 years.It is easy to use and much cheaper to maintain than the Jura but noisier especially when heating milk. The espresso it makes is much larger in volume therefore not as rich in style.A good machine for the money but there is a compromise on drink quality in my opinion.

I thought I'd give this model a try after my second De'Longhi Prima Donna Deluxe S broke after six years of use. It was on offer and a fraction of the cost of my previous machines although I had to wait a couple of weeks before it was delivered, but it was worth waiting for! Having used De'longhi for the past 12 years I found it very easy to set up, and even though it just has icons that light up on the display as opposed to written instructions as on the Prima Donna, to date I've found it easy to use. I used to have long coffee but since getting this model find the espresso better. I haven't tried the milk frother yet as I take my coffee black, but it looks simple enough.

Not great. Poor compared with Nespresso capsule machine I used to have which was one third of the price. Espressos from this machine simply not concentrated enough. It's not the beans. Turned to max strength. Too much water. Only positive is buying beans much cheaper than the Nespresso capsules, and better for the environment as well, which is why I changed in the first place.

Very easy to set up and use, of course you have to find a coffee been you like and play around with settings - fineness of grind, water volume - best of all, far cheaper than capsules!
