Bright playful colors, worth the effort
I wouldn't say this was hard to put together like others have said, but I will say it's a bit meticulous and takes some time altogether. I read the instructions and was able to figure it out effortlessly. You can't make a mistake with the clear sticky tape because there's exactly as many as you would need for each tassel. This looked beautiful and fit perfectly on my son's highchair for his first birthday party. Would recommend!
